1. Departure from San Pedro de Atacama<\/strong>
\nThe tour begins before sunrise, when the air is still freezing and the streets of San Pedro are deserted. The drive takes about an hour and a half, on roads that climb toward the Andean altiplano.<\/div>\n

\nAlong the way, the vehicle reaches 4,320 meters above sea level. You can feel the altitude, which is why this tour requires at least two days of prior acclimatization in San Pedro de Atacama (2,400 m.a.s.l.).<\/div>\n
3. Arrival at the geothermal field<\/strong>
