Atacama Tours Spa, hereinafter Atacama Tours, is a company dedicated to providing tour operators and hiking activities in the communities of San Pedro de Atacama, Calama, and the Alto Loa villages. The company's objective is to highlight the culture and nature of the area through activities that showcase the desert and its surroundings. The company's main services and routes are as follows:
· Excursion to the Valley of the Moon
· Excursion to Rainbow Valley
· Salt flat routes
· Visit to the Tatio Geyser.
· Cejar and Tebinquinche lagoons.
· Astronomical tour
· Visits to the Miscanti and Meñiques lagoons, the red stone salt flat
· Puritama Hot Springs.
· Round-trip transfers to Calama and San Pedro de Atacama airports.

Tours above 3,500 meters above sea level may be offered to individuals with uncontrolled cardiovascular disease or a risk of complications, provided they complete the risk acceptance form. It is their responsibility to inform the traveler whether their health and/or physical condition is compatible with the activities they wish to undertake.
Pregnant women, regardless of their stage of pregnancy, will not be able to participate in any activities with Atacama Tours.
All minors must be accompanied by their legal guardian or have a legal authorization letter allowing them to travel with another person.
All Atacama Tours passengers must complete the risk acceptance form and are responsible for stating whether their health and/or physical condition is compatible with the activities they wish to engage in.
It is the passenger's obligation to respect the rules, laws, and environmental protection regulations of all places visited during the trip. Special regulations may apply in national parks, so please inform your guides of any disturbances that may occur to the physical and/or cultural environment.
It is the passenger's responsibility to have the necessary clothing, equipment, and protection for each activity, as appropriate. Atacama Tours will provide the necessary information so that passengers are aware of the clothing and protection required for each activity.
Details of the services included in the activity
Activities include transportation in a rented motorized vehicle, including the service of a certified guide with a valid SERNATUR registration and speaking English or Spanish. In some cases, services in other languages may be requested upon prior arrangement. Some services include meals, such as breakfast, a hiking ration, lunch, or a cocktail-style snack, depending on the activity.
Tour services do not include park entrance fees, but these may be managed by Atacama Tours in accordance with the cancellation and/or refund policies. Some equipment may be provided to help ensure the activity is carried out properly, such as walking sticks, binoculars, thermal blankets, sunscreen, caps or hats, an oximeter, among others, depending on availability.

Its programs include excursions to the Luna and Arcoíris Valleys, Salt Flats Routes, a visit to the Tatio Geyser, Cejar and Tebinquinche Lagoons, Astronomy Tours, visits to the Miscanti and Miñiques Lagoons, the Piedras Rojas Salt Flats, Aguas Calientes II, Puritama Hot Springs, and bicycle touring. The risks involved in each activity may include, among others:
Altitude sickness due to lack of oxygen, dizziness, pulmonary edema, cardiac arrest, cardiorespiratory arrest, falling from a height to the same or different levels, earthquake, exposure to ultraviolet radiation, exposure to geographic altitude, being run over, fights or conflicts between groups, collision or crash, robbery or assault, adverse weather conditions (rain, strong winds of more than 60 km/h, thunderstorms), attacks by wild animals or stray dogs.
