1. Introduction

These terms and conditions regulate the use of the reservation platform and the tourist services offered by Atacama Tours. By making a reservation, the user expressly accepts these terms in their entirety.

2. Reservations and Payments

  • All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by Atacama Tours.

  • Payment must be made through the secure methods offered on our platform.

  • The user will receive a confirmation email with all the details of their booking.

  • Some services may require a deposit to guarantee the reservation.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations with more than 72 hours' notice will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations between 71 and 48 hours before the service may receive a refund of 50% of the total paid.

  • Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice are non-refundable.

  • Travelers who do not show up without prior notice lose the right to a refund.

  • If Atacama Tours cancels a service due to force majeure, we will offer to reschedule the service or a full refund.

4. Obligations and Responsibilities of the User

  • The user must provide truthful and updated information at the time of booking.

  • It is the user's responsibility to arrive on time at the designated meeting point.

  • If special assistance is required, the user must let us know in advance.

5. Modifications and Cancellations of Services by Atacama Tours
We reserve the right to modify schedules, itineraries or cancel tours due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure. In these cases, affected users will be notified in a timely manner.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

  • Atacama Tours is not responsible for cancellations or modifications due to adverse weather conditions, natural disasters or other circumstances beyond our control.

  • We do not assume responsibility for lost objects or personal damages while participating in our tours.
