The Valley of the Moon is located in the Cordillera de la Sal, 13 km from San Pedro de Atacama, in northern Chile. It is part of the Los Flamencos National Reserve, a protected area managed by CONAF.

Between 4 and 5 hours, including transfers, walks and time at the viewpoints. Since it's a private tour, we can adjust the pace to suit the group's interests.

Low to moderate. It includes short walks and climbs to viewpoints, but it's accessible for most people with good mobility.
📅 Is it necessary to book in advance?
Yes, especially in high season (July–August and December–February), when demand for tours in San Pedro increases. We recommend booking at least 2 to 3 days in advance.
🎒 What to bring on the Moon Valley tour?
